Yes. Depending on your previous software and the data to transfer, migration is either included in the setup or billed once per site, confirmed with your quote.

Yes, through Mollie, and you have nothing to set up. We open the account in your name, connect it to Solaryx and handle the whole payment side: Bancontact, cards, deposits, refunds and payouts to your bank.

Your data belongs to you. On leaving you can export your customer list, their appointments and their current gift card and loyalty balances, in a reusable format. Nothing is ever held hostage.

In Europe, in line with GDPR. Sensitive data (phototype, ID, session history) is protected and never sold.

Every box ships with a spare SD card holding its configuration: if one fails, you swap it and nothing is lost. Anything else, our monitoring alerts us and we restart or replace the box.

Nothing irreversible. When power comes back the system recovers the state of the beds and resumes cleanly, without charging the customer twice.

No. Gift card balances and remaining session packages are carried over, so your customers lose nothing on switch-over day.

Yes. An employee can take payments and start sessions without seeing overall revenue, and cannot give discounts or refunds without authorization. Useful against mistakes as much as fraud.

No. Plan about half a day: we wire the beds to the relay boxes and connect the hardware. We prepare as much as possible in advance and pick a quiet slot.

No. Updates are included and apply without any visible interruption for you or your customers.

Yes. Require a deposit or full payment at booking: customers who have paid show up, and if one does not, you have not worked for nothing.

We do, at no extra cost. Any new legal requirement (session durations, verifications, Belgian obligations) is built into the product and reaches you through the included updates. Same beyond the law: when several salons ask for the same thing, we build it once and everyone gets it.
