For bed control, yes: we install relay boxes and wire them to your beds. They are included in the setup, on loan for the length of the contract. Everything else runs in a browser.
Yes. Your customer list and future appointments are imported during the setup. Depending on what your current tool lets you export, migration is either included or billed once per site.
