Frequently asked questions
Yes. Through dedicated relay boxes, beds start, count down and stop automatically, from a single bed to a full multi-room setup, with prep / running / ventilation phases and power-outage recovery.
Every box ships with a spare SD card holding its configuration: if one fails, you swap it and nothing is lost. Anything else, our monitoring alerts us and we restart or replace the box.
Nothing irreversible. When power comes back the system recovers the state of the beds and resumes cleanly, without charging the customer twice.
