Phototype, signed and stored
Before a first session the customer's skin type is assessed and signed online, timestamped. A duration matrix then sets the exact length allowed for each phototype, at every step of the tanning plan.
Records auto-expire after the legal retention period, so GDPR is respected by default.
The eID reader that knows your customers
Insert the Belgian identity card and the profile fills itself. Age limits are verified against official data instead of a guess at the counter, and nobody types anything.

In Europe, in line with GDPR. Sensitive data (phototype, ID, session history) is protected and never sold.
The rule is checked everywhere a session can start: online, at the POS, for walk-ins. If the legal delay is not respected the sale is blocked, and your staff sees the date of the last session.
