The end of the month takes an afternoon, not a weekend
One export, per day, per salon, per VAT rate and per payment method, with refunds already netted out. Your accountant gets a file they can work with, you get your Sunday back.
One file, and the quarter is closed
Pick a period, tick the salons and the registers you want, decide whether the online shop is in, and export. You get a summary and a day-by-day detail, each line carrying its channel, its payment method, its VAT rate, and the amounts excluding VAT, the VAT itself and the total, for sales, for refunds and for the net.
CSV for the accounting software, PDF for the file you keep. Nothing to retype, nothing to reconcile by hand.
Every figure can be traced back to its sale
When a number looks wrong, you open it. The revenue report is a browsable ledger: one line per day, salon, register, channel, VAT rate, service family and cashier, in list, pivot or graph, and exportable as it stands.
It is read-only by design. Solaryx never posts an entry in your books; it reads what was sold and shows it the way an accountant asks for it.
Accounting & VAT
Accounting Export, CSV or PDF
Choose a period, the salons and the registers, include the online shop or not, and export a summary plus a day-by-day detail. Each line carries the channel, the payment method, the VAT rate and the amounts excluding VAT, the VAT and the total.
Revenue Report You Can Browse
A read-only revenue ledger by date, salon, register, channel, VAT rate, service family and cashier, in list, pivot or graph. Group and filter it like a spreadsheet, export what you are looking at.
Split by VAT Rate and Payment Method
Sessions, treatments and products do not always carry the same rate, and cash, card, online and customer account do not settle the same way. Every figure is broken down by both, so a VAT return is a reading, not an investigation.
Refunds Netted Out, Wherever They Happened
A refund handed back at the counter and a cancellation refunded by the payment provider do not look alike in the data. Both are collected and deducted, so the net figure is the one you actually banked.
Your Salon's Day, Not The Server's
The accounting day is the salon's own day, in the salon's timezone, the same day the planning and the register work on. A session sold at 11pm lands where you expect it, and a network spread over several time zones still adds up.
Your Solaryx Invoices, In Your Own System
The invoices we issue for your subscription land in your own back office with their date, amount, PDF and payment status. No portal to log into, no mailbox to search when your accountant asks for them.
Frequently asked questions
A revenue report broken down by day, site and VAT rate, plus ready-made accounting exports. No manual re-keying, no spreadsheet gymnastics at the end of the quarter.
No, and it does not pretend to. Solaryx is not a bookkeeping package: nothing is posted to a ledger. It produces the figures your accountant needs, per day, site, channel, payment method and VAT rate, and hands them over as a CSV or a PDF. Your accountant keeps doing the accounting.
Yes. The register, the online shop and the paid bookings land in the same export, and refunds are netted out wherever they happened: a refund given at the counter and a cancellation refunded by the payment provider both come off the net figure.
