Solaryx is built for tanning salons. No solarium? Switch to Wellness for beauty & wellness centers, without the UV module.
Your network
Setup is billed once per site. The platform includes 1 site.
Multi-site setup discount applied automatically: −10% for 2–3 sites, −15% for 4+ sites (on the setup only).
Hardware add-ons
Each € 3,000 site setup already includes basic equipment and solarium bed controllers, the controllers on loan for the duration of the contract. The items below are optional extra units for a single site.

A kiosk with a built-in terminal never needs a separate A35: the € 70 covers both.

Card payments: the terminal and its fees
The CCV A35 is rented at € 35 / month per terminal, no purchase, no setup fee, six month minimum. The register drives it: the amount leaves the ticket, the transaction starts by itself, and the sale closes once the payment is confirmed. Card transaction fees are charged by CCV under its own tariff, below for reference.
The six months run from installation day. Stop earlier and the months left are invoiced once. Nothing is due if we end it, or if we cannot supply a working terminal.

Transaction fee scale
The first 1,000 Bancontact transactions below € 5 are free, then € 0.02 each. They do not count towards the tiers below.

The self-service kiosk
In development, not available yet
One machine, three modes you can move up through: order terminal, where the customer identifies, picks a session and pays on their prepaid balance while your team starts the bed; checkout terminal, which adds unattended card payments; and autonomous kiosk, where the kiosk starts the bed itself. That last mode makes your salon an automated tanning centre under Belgian law, with the staff presence and display duties that follow.
- € 50 / month per kiosk, no payment terminal: order terminal mode only.
- € 70 / month per kiosk, CCV A35 built in and included: checkout terminal and autonomous modes. The built-in terminal counts € 20 rather than the € 35 of a standalone one.
